ENLISTED PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT (EPM)

Mission

The Enlisted Personnel Management (EPM) Division is charged with executing administrative actions on behalf of the Coast Guard's most valuable asset, the 32,000 men and women comprising our enlisted workforce.  EPM is committed to performing these duties in a fair, consistent and transparent manner in accordance with applicable laws, Service policy, and the Commandant's guidance.

EPM is committed to rendering decisions that are prudent and deliberately considered. EPM is divided into three branches, EPM-1, EPM-2, and EPM-3.  These three branches carry out a broad spectrum of personnel actions on behalf of the entire active-duty enlisted workforce.
