RDC Tests Underwater Oil Barrier System In Kalamazoo River

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division awarded an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract May 7 to Telephonics Corporation of Farmingdale, New York, for up to 19 Multi-Mode Radar systems. The fixed-price contract is worth approximately $31.8 million.

Coast Guard Releases Request For Proposal For Long Range UAS Tech Demonstration

The Coast Guard Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E) Program issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) on May 3 for long range/ultra-long endurance (LR/U-LE) unmanned aircraft system (UAS) technology demonstrations and flight services to support an evaluation of current technologies to enhance Coast Guard missions.
