Memorandum Allows Collaboration Between U.S. Coast Guard and U.S. Army Research Labs

The U.S. Coast Guard Research and Development Center (RDC) recently entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command’s (CCDC) corporate laboratory, the Army Research Laboratory (ARL), which gives both parties permission to collaborate on technological research and projects.
