Think Again: The Power of Knowing What You Don’t Know by Adam Grant

PRINT  |  E-MAIL

An excellent book that explains why it is important to be curious about the world around us, recognize what we don’t know, and helps develop the intellectual and emotional skills to rethink/explore our opinions/assumptions.  As the Coast Guard continues to need to innovate and operate in rapidly changing financial, political, technological, social, and environmental landscapes, this book can help leaders understand how to cultivate a culture that questions assumptions and thinks creatively in themselves and organizations in which they serve.
