The Procurement and Contracting Department Head is a FAC-C Level I Senior Field Contracting Officer (SFCO) with $150K Supplies and Services; $500K Delivery Orders; and $50K Construction procurement authority.  The Procurement and Contracting Department procures all Supplies, Services and Construction for the Base Command, Sector Hampton Roads and for all Base AOR units.
