SUBJ: RESERVE COMMANDER OFF-SEASON ASSIGNMENT SOLICITATION

1. An off-season assignment opportunity exists for a Reserve Commander at 
the following location:

2. Officers who are not tour complete shall obtain a command endorsement 
that addresses early departure, backfill requirements, and acceptability 
of a potential gap.
3. Officers who are in receipt of AY20 orders as per REF B, shall obtain a 
command endorsement from their gaining command.
4. This assignment is standard tour length as described in REF A.
5. High Performing LCDRs may apply and must obtain a command endorsement 
outlining the applicant's ability to fulfill an CDR/O5 Senior Reserve
Officer role, also addressing early departure, backfill requirements, 
and acceptability of a potential gap.
6. Interested applicants shall submit an e-resume through Direct Access 
NLT 11 MAY 20. Due to Direct Access limitations, any previously 
submitted e-resumes will not be visible to assignment officers. An e-
mail request will be accepted if a member cannot provide an e-resume.
7. Effective assignment date will be OOA 1 OCT 20.
