PPC Call Center Phone Contact Update

Effective Monday, 11 May 2020, PPC's Call Center will resume taking live phone calls.  

The phone number for PPC Customer Care is 1-866-772-8724 and the hours of operation are 0700 - 1600 Central Time.

All customers are encouraged to submit trouble tickets through electronic means, if possible. You can submit a trouble ticket by emailing PPC-DG-CustomerCare@uscg.mil. Additional SWE Points for Electronics Technicians (ET) ​

Per ALCOAST Commandant Notice (ACN) 128/19, FY20 WORKFORCE PLANNING TEAM RESULTS-ADDITIONAL SWE POINTS FOR ET (CG Portal Link), an additional​ two (2) servicewide (SWE) points may be awarded for eligible Electronics Technicians (ET) serving in approved Gun Weapons Systems (GWS) positions.

ETs serving in GWS billets, as identified by EPM-2 and the ET RFMC, in support of MK92, MK48, MK38, and CIWS may receive two (2) SWE points for their assignment beginning with the May 2020 SWE.

Qualified members may request the SWE points through their Chain of Command to their Admin Office and/or SPO for eligibility verification and entering into DA. Admin Offices, SPOs, PSC-EPM, and DCMS-81 may also review member assignments, competency records, and determine which members qualify for the incentive and enter into DA. Eligible members will receive "ZZSWE2-SWE Incentive 2 Point" award code to receive two (2) SWE points.​
