Direct-Access Password Reset Issue

PPC is aware of the Direct Access "Forgot Password" issue resulting in customers not receiving an email with the link to reset their password or other system generated messages such as absence requests notifications.

Direct Access programmers are currently working to resolve this, but there is no estimated time to resolution.

Because of this issue, we are currently experiencing an extremely high volume of password reset requests.

Please be advised it could take up to 3 business days for PPC to reset your password.

Subscribers will also be notified when active duty and reserve payslips are posted and of both scheduled and unscheduled outages affecting the Direct Access personnel system or the TPAX travel claim liquidation system. PPC Call Center Holiday Hours

May 2020 Servicewide Exam (SWE) Competition

ALCGENL message 003/20 announces the May 2020 SWE competition for all ratings, except MU, for advancement to pay grades E-5 through E-8. ALCGENL 220/19 announced the implementation of the Master Chief Advancement Panel for advancement to E-9.

Commanding Officers (CO) must ensure dissemination of this message to all active duty enlisted members in their AOR.  Members planning to participate in the SWE need to be aware of these requirements, as well as their responsibility to confirm they are met.  Failure to review and follow the guidelines of this message will not justify a waiver of its requirements.
