CRITICAL SKILLS TRAINING BONUS FOR GM CLASS A-SCHOOL

1. This ALCOAST announces an update to the results of the FY22
Military Workforce Planning Team (MWPT), specifically the Critical
Skills Training Bonuses (CSTB) for specified Class A-Schools
authorized by paragraph 4 of REF (A). 
2. A $15,000 CSTB is authorized for GM Class A-School.
3. Authorization for this CSTB is effective the date of this
ALCOAST. This CSTB is not authorized retroactively. 
4. All other provisions of REF (A) remain in effect.
5. Questions regarding this ALCOAST may be directed to Office of
Military Personnel Policy (CG-133) at: 
HQS-PolicyandStandards@uscg.mil. 
6. Dr. D. M. Navarro, Acting Assistant Commandant for Human
Resources (CG-1), sends.
