Subj: UPDATE ON FY23 RESERVE ORDER GUIDANCE

A. ALCGFINANCE 039/22

1. This guidance applies to all reserve orders that include duty within FY23.
2. Short term ADOS-AC orders
   1. All short term ADOS orders must contain the FY23 POET, cost estimate for pay and FICA, and obligation document number on the Funding tab within Direct Access. Exceptions to these requirements that were authorized by Ref A. prior to FY23 funding distribution are no longer necessary for effective operations and are now revoked.
   2. A number of currently issued orders lack the required information listed above, therefore, all short term ADOS orders that have been issued must be reviewed, and if necessary, corrected to comply with the above guidance.
