The ROCC system consists of three lines of effort which effectively communicate accurate career management advice, based upon Reserve Officer selection board current trends, to the widest audience possible.  These lines of effort are the ROCC Guide, RPM outreach efforts, and Individual Reserve Officer Career Counseling sessions.  Officers desiring an Individual ROCC session should read the ROCC Guide thoroughly and follow the instructions at the end to request a session.  Email request should be submitted to HQS-DG-CGPSC-RPM-ROCC@USCG.MIL.
