1. Effective 01 Nov 2021, move.mil will officially close and PCS
and HHG sources and resources will be available through Military
OneSource. Military OneSource will now serve as the single
connection point for DoD and DHS members. Move.mil will no longer
be updated with new content and resources.
2. The implementation of Military OneSource will improve
customer service and allow DoD, DHS members, and their families
to have a single integrated location to access information,
resources, and assistance during their moving experience.
Customers can schedule moves, find customer service information,
and tap into relocation resources about moving personal property
and themselves and family.
3. Military OneSource offers multiple support resources for personal
property shipments and relocation assistance. The site offers tools
for planning your move to include guides, brochures, and videos on
HHG and POV shipments, claims, policies, and entitlements. The
relocation resources include financial counseling services, family
and school support connections, employment assistance, and renting
or buying housing advice.
4. Members can view Military OneSource on
