Who to contact for help

There are different points of contact for support depending on the type of issue and status (active duty or retired).

PHS Active Duty Passwords and other logon issues

If you have forgotten your password click the "Forgot My Password'" link on the Direct Access login page.

Once you have answered the prompts that appear, you will receive an email entitled "My Portal Direct Forgot Password.” Click on the link provided in that email to set your new password, following the prompts on the screen.

Passwords must be at least nine (9) characters long and must contain at least one number and one special character (such as: !, @, &, etc.).

If you do not receive an email within 20 minutes , please contact PPC Customer Care via e-mail

PHS Active Duty Pay & Personnel Issues

The CCHQ Compensation Section manages USPHS Commissioned Corps payroll operations to include: Determination and documentation of eligibility for payments, deductions, and allotments, including all payment starts, stops, or changes.

  • Monthly payments of Active Duty pay and entitlements
  • Monthly processing of voluntary/involuntary payroll allotments and deductions
  • Administration and payment of special and incentive pays
  • Customer assistance to payees
