2. Drop-Off or Email the filled out form to MWR Staff.

GENERAL RULES:

  • Maintain a moderate volume and acceptable programming on the TVs

  • Wipe down equipment after use with the MRSA wipes provided

  • Tennis, trainers, running, or other closed toed shoes required

  • If the humidifier is full, please notify staff so it can be emptied

  • Get a good workout

PROHIBITIONS…

  • Food

  • Alcoholic beverages (obviously)

  • Removing the TV remote controls from the facility

  • Bringing in personal equipment

  • Removing equipment

  • Vandalism (privileges will be revoked)

Unfortunately, injuries sometimes happen; if one does, please fill out an accident report with security and submit to the MWR office.

PERIMETER TRACK

A 1.1 mile track, maintained by the Housing Maintenance staff, borders RBH. This well-lit paved track is great to run, jog, walk or bike. Enjoy a mix of long straightaways and incline/decline elevations.
