Personnel Service Center (PSC)

Mission

The Personnel Service Center (PSC) supports mission execution by recruiting, accessing, assigning and developing careers, maintaining well-being, compensating, separating and retiring all Coast Guard military personnel.

There are three major commands that report to PSC:

   Coast Guard Pay and Personnel Center (PPC) Topeka, KS
   (Formerly the Personnel Service Center)

Coast Guard Community Services Command
(Formerly the Coast Guard Exchange Service)
