Mission

 

The  Personnel Service Center Business Operation Division (PSC-BOPS) provides oversight of PSC service delivery requirements with HQ program managers to maintain awareness and alignment with CG policy and procedures under senior leadership direction and guidance. PSC-BOPS oversees business processes and reengineering initiatives to ensure efficient, effective outcomes while maintaining compliance with applicable federal requirements and policy.

PSC-BOPS supervises the Resource Management (PSC-BOPS-r) and Capabilities (PSC-BOPS-c) branches, serves as the technical authority for Base Personnel Departments, and directs major projects affecting Human Resource Management systems.
