ETQC Training Advisory 010-22: FY23 CPO Academy Electronic Training Requests (ETRs)

This advisory provides procedures for requests to attend the CPO academy during fiscal year 2023. There will be no automatic slating in fiscal year 2023. ETRs (for the CPOA) submitted prior to 16 Sep 2022 have been deleted from Direct Access (DA).

ETQC Training Advisory 009-22, FY23 "C" School Schedule, ETR Submission Process, and Unit Responsibilities

Effective 15 Sep 2022, the complete FY23 “C” school schedule has been entered in Direct Access (DA). Available FY23 sessions are listed on the “Training” page of the Education and Training Quota Management Command (ETQC) Portal site by clicking on “C" School Course Schedule or Course Description Catalog. Unit Training Officers (UTOs) can submit electronic training requests (ETRs) for all FY23 course sessions listed in DA and should submit requests as soon as a training requirement is identified and the unit can accommodate the member attending.

ETQC Training Advisory 005-22, Guidance for A and C School Travelers and Command Representatives

Direct Access (DA) Training Administration System (TAS) has been reactivated following the successful conversion of Financial Systems Modernization Solution (FSMS) accounting data for FY22 "A" & "C" School orders. Although the system is online, the interface between DA, FSMS, and ETS is experiencing unforeseen complications in the processing of "A" & "C" School orders.
