Direct-Access Planned Maintenance Outage

Direct Access will not be available from Saturday, March 25, 2023, from 0600 (EST) until Tuesday, March 28, 2023, at 0600 (EST). This outage is necessary for an upgrade and modernization to Direct Access.  For more information see ALCOAST 057/23.

Subscribers will also be notified when active duty and reserve payslips are posted and of both scheduled and unscheduled outages affecting the Direct Access personnel system or the TPAX travel claim liquidation system. mLINQS Training Sessions news update!

Mlinqs webinar sign up is in full swing. Attendance to this webinar is crucial as the new PCS system “ Mlinqs” deployment is at our doorstep and will replace the current process for PCS orders. In addition, please sign up for the Q&A session, which is a separate time to ask Mlinqs any questions after you have received the initial webinar training. Take advantage of these great training opportunities to set your unit and members up for success!!! For questions regarding the webinar or Q&A sessions, please contact PPC customer care.

EXCITING NEWS! Mlinqs Webinar is just around the corner (an overview of Mlinqs, our new PCS travel system) and training sessions identified below. PPC will send amplifying information accordingly.

Training dates for February 8th, 15th and 16th and 22nd of February 2023.

OVERVIEW  -  This 4 hour webinar will provide training and instruction on how to create a Relocation, Authorization, Amendment and Voucher using the new PCS/Relocation System, mLINQS. During this training, your microphone will be muted. If you would like to ask a question verbally, please use the "Raise Hand" feature on teams. We will also activate the "Q&A" feature where you can start a topic and responses will be captured per topic. The "Chat" feature will also be available and monitored. PPC travel will post this info on the ETS bulletin board as well for full visibility.

Get your spot reserved soon! The Mlinqs webinar sessions will be limited to 1000 people, please do not register for more than one webinar.
