1. Commander, CG Personnel Service Center (CG PSC) approved the final report for
the 2023 Reserve Master Chief Advancement Panel (RMCAP) convened on 16 October
2023. The list of eligible Senior Chiefs below is effective 01 January 2024
through 16 December 2024. The following Senior Chiefs, listed in order of merit,
are recommended and eligible for advancement to Master Chief:

Commanding Officers and Officers in Charge shall notify CG Pay and Personnel
Center (ADV) and CG PSC-RPM when a member’s eligibility changes, including
withdrawal of advancement recommendation.
