MISSION STATEMENT
The mission of CEU Oakland is to provide shore facility asset management services to best enable CG mission execution, operations, and other shore facility stewardship objectives in support of public safety and homeland security to Coast Guard units within the geographic boundaries of Coast Guard Districts Northwest and Southwest and nationwide as required.
VISION
To be a highly effective shore facility asset management team, meeting or exceeding all internal and external performance targets while providing best value solutions, maintaining quality services, and adopting improved processes to more effectively support Coast Guard mission execution, operational readiness, and asset performance.
