How can I manage conference lines with multiple members?

If your office has multiple conference lines to share, it is recommended that you manage the lines through the calendar in Outlook, and allow calendar access to those people. This will allow members to schedule time slots in the calendar for the shared conference line. To set up a shared calendar, contact your local information technology (IT) staff or submit a CGFIXIT ticket https://cgfixit.osc.uscg.mil/.
