This ALCOAST announces changes to paragraph 4 and removes paragraph 5 of REF (A) as required by REFs (B) and (C). Specifically, this update removes policy for administrative absence to obtain non-covered reproductive health care and reestablishes policy for administrative absence to obtain non-covered Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) for service members.
