1. On 10 April 2025 all officers on the Inactive Duty Promotion List (IDPL)
and Reserve Component Managers (RCM) shall submit all OERs via the automated
OER submission application located at RPM-1 Officer Evaluation System. OERs
submitted by email after this date will not be validated.
2. This modernization expedites the OER validation process and helps
to reduce common errors. To avoid delays, members and commands are reminded
to review OERs for compliance with references A and B prior to submission.
