A. ALCGENL 037/25: ENLISTED PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT ASSIGNMENT YEAR 2026 KICK OFF 
1. In accordance with Reference (A), EPM-2 is soliciting for units interested in receiving 
assignment and career development presentations in preparation for Assignment Year (AY) 
2026.
2. EPM-2 Assignment Officers (AOs), Central Assignment Coordinators (CACs) and EPM-4 
Enlisted Career Advisors (ECAs) are available to deliver personnel management overview 
presentations, assignment counseling and career counseling. 
3. Commands requesting an onsite Roadshow or Microsoft Teams webinar should email SMBCOMDT-CGPSC-EPM-2-Roadshows@uscg.mil NLT 06 Jun 2025. Requests must include:

4. At a minimum, if a member is tour complete or intends to take the Service Wide 
Examination, they should attend this informative presentation. EPM-2 highly encourages
commands to maximize attendance at these invaluable opportunities in support of the 
enlisted workforce. 
5. A wide array of topics will be covered, including enlisted assignments, transfer requests, 
career progression, separations, and Advance to Position. These presentations are not rating 
specific and benefit all enlisted personnel and supervisors of enlisted personnel regardless of 
rating or tour completion date.
