Joint Professional Military Education (JPME)

Joint professional military education prepares military officers to work effectively across different branches. Through rigorous study participants will gain an in-depth understanding of joint operations, equipping them to lead in complex, multi-service environments. Officers will be trained in the Operational Level of Warfare qualified to serve on DoD Joint Staffs at the O9 level. Coast Guard competencies are available. Target audience is O3's and O4's.

Midgrade Officer and Civilian Transition Course (MOCTC) (100139)

As officers and civilians transition to roles of greater responsibility and broader impact, their leadership abilities and approach must evolve to handle more complex leadership challenges. Target audience: O-3s and GS-12s (or other civilian schedule equivalent). However O-4s and GS-13s that have recently assumed supervisory roles are encouraged to apply. Reserve O-3s and O-4s are eligible to apply.
