Supported by both the Coast Guard Leadership Development Framework and the DHS Leader Effectiveness Framework, the Civilian Leader Effectiveness continuum ensures that our civilians are ready, that they are decisive, and that they are disciplined. This continuum equips our team members and team leads, our supervisors and managers and also our executives to drive strong mission performance through training and development options built from essential Coast Guard leadership competencies.
