ICS-204A-CGASSIGNMENT LIST ATTACHMENTThe Assignment List Attachment form (ICS 204A-CG) shows more specific instructions for specific resources if needed. This form may be used to support ICS-204-CGs for the Operations Section or the Intelligence/Investigations Section. A separate sheet is used for each Division or Group. The identification letter of the Division is entered in the form title. Also enter the number (roman numeral) assigned to the Branch. The need for an ICS 204A-CG is determined by the Planning and Operations or Intelligence/Investigations Section Chiefs during the development of the Operational Planning Worksheet (ICS 215-CG) development.CG-OEM11/1/2024
ISC-201-CGINCIDENT BRIEFINGThe Incident Briefing form (ICS 201-CG) provides the Unified Command (and the Command and General Staffs assuming command of the incident) with basic information regarding the response situation and the resources allocated to the incident. It is also a permanent record of the initial incident response.CG-OEM8/1/2025
ICS-202-CGINCIDENT OBJECTIVESThe Incident Objectives form describes the basic incident strategy, objectives, command emphasis, priorities, and safety considerations for use during the next operational period.CG-OEM8/1/2025
ICS-203-CGORGANIZATION ASSIGNMENT LISTThe Organization Assignment List (ICS 203-CG) provides ICS personnel with information on the staffing structure for the incident including the units that are activated and the names of personnel assigned to each position/unit for the planned IAPcycle. This form is used to complete the Incident Organization Chart (ICS 207-CG) which may be included in the Incident Action Plan and should be posted as part of the Situation Unit Display. Staffing of ICS positions is event-specific and not all positions are required be filled. Some blocks may also contain more than one name. The size of the ICS organization is dependent on the size and complexity of the incident which can be expanded or contracted as necessary.CG-OEM8/1/2025
ICS-204-CGASSIGNMENT LISTThe Assignment List(s) (ICS 204-CG) informs Division and Group supervisors of incident assignments. Once the Unified Command and General Staff agree to the assignments, the assignment information is given to the appropriate Divisions and Groups.CG-OEM8/1/2025
