Status

The Coast Guard placed a delivery order for 21 response boats-small II (RB-S IIs), worth approximately $8.9 million, with Metal Shark Aluminum Boats of Jeanerette, Louisiana, May 23, 2018.


One RB-S II was delivered to Station Valdez, Alaska, on June 20; one was delivered to Station Rochester, New York, on June 21; two were delivered to Station Juneau, Alaska, on June 22; one was delivered to Station Buffalo, New York, on June 28 and another on July 12; one was delivered to Station Sotus, New York, on July 10; and one was delivered to Station Alexandria Bay, New York, on July 17.


To date, 307 of 343 boats ordered have been delivered.
