Facilities Engineering

The Engineering Department consists of three divisions:

• Public Works Division - Provides organizational and intermediate level maintenance for the buildings and facilities at Base Ketchikan.
• Environmental Division - Runs the HAZMAT Center and monitors best management practices for environmental issues onboard Base Ketchikan facilities.
• Safety Division - Provides careful planning to eliminate fire hazards and ensure personnel safety on Base Ketchikan.
