Lieutenant Commander Davis is a native of Pullman, Washington and holds a Bachelors of Science in Applied Science and Technology. He enlisted in the Coast Guard in 1998 and has served on Coast Guard Cutter's MELLON (WHEC 717), MIDGETT (WHEC 726), and LEGARE (WMEC 912) and as an instructor at the Coast Guard Weapons and Engineering School at USCG Training Center Yorktown. Lieutenant Commander Davis served as a Fire Control Technician and achieved the rank of Chief Electronics Technician prior to receiving his commission via Officer Candidate School in 2007. Lieutenant Commander Davis's previous assignments include; Commanding Officer USCGC FRANK DREW (WLM 557), Commanding Officer USCGC WILLIAM TATE (WLM 560), Executive Officer USCGC OAK (WLB 211), USCG Liaison support and staff officer to NAVNORTH - US NAVY FLEET FORCES COMMAND, Operations Officer USCGC JUNIPER (WLB 201), and Deck Watch Officer USCGC ALERT (WMEC 630). Lieutenant Commander Davis's is reporting from Coast Guard Headquarters, Washington, D.C. where he served in the Office of Aids to Navigation (CG-NAV).

 

Lieutenant Commander Davis's awards include Coast Guard Commendation Medals, the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal, Coast Guard Achievement Medals, and various other personal and unit awards.

 

 


 

Executive Officer 

LT Vladimir Domanskiy

 

Lieutenant Domanskiy is a native of Rivne, Ukraine and immigrated to Brooklyn, New York. He graduated from the Coast Guard Academy with a Bachelor of Science degree in Government in 2016. LT Domanskiy’s previous assignments include Deck Watch Officer onboard CGC ELM (WLB 206) in Atlantic Beach, NC, Executive Officer onboard CGC ISAAC MAYO in Key West, FL, and Cutter Training Liaison Officer at Afloat Training Organization Mayport, FL.
