Commandant Instructions

 

A Commandant Instruction is an enterprise-wide policy that incorporates laws, strategy, executive policy guidance, and other program direction for organizational implementation.  CIs are issued a 10-year expiration date and must be reviewed at minimum every 5-years using Directives, Publications, and Form Validation, CG-5215A for audit documentation. Commandant Instruction Manuals are being recategorized as Commandant Instructions as they are being republished.
