In addition to providing information to your SPO Yeoman to ensure your pay benefits begin, you need to have your spouse enrolled in DEERS (Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System), so he or she can receive an identification card and be eligible for TRICARE and dental benefits.

It is the Coast Guard members’ responsibility to provide the following documentation and information to the ID Card office before visiting:
