Function Hall


If you plan to utilize the Function Hall, you are required to read and understand the USCG Base Boston Instruction 1710 (series). 
Reservations can be made on the SharePoint page or by filling out the reservation application.
Information on how to reserve the function hall using the above application:
      -  Fill out, initial, sign in all designation blocks and submit to for review.
      -  If your desired date is available, you will receive a confirmation email that it was booked and added to the calendar.
      -  Please keep in mind that dates that look available may be pending approval for another event.
      -  Payment is required in full 10 days prior to the event. 

Please note that no outside alcohol of any kind may be consumed in any interior MWR space without written permission from the Commanding Officer at least five days prior to the event.
