What is Outreach?
Outreach is defined as building greater Coast Guard awareness and support,
especially in geographic areas and within organizations whose demographics
will meet the needs of the service. The mission is to deploy Active Duty, Reserve, Civilian, Recruiters and Auxiliary members into minority communities to increase America's understanding and awareness of the Coast Guard as an employer of choice.
