I’m using my Coast Guard laptop to connect to wifi, but it isn’t working. What is wrong?


New software was installed on many laptops recently which changed the normal WiFi connection process. WiFi connection needs to be made through Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client. To do this, go to the START menu, open the Cisco Folder, and select Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client. Next, in the Secure Mobility Client window, use the drop down menu to select your wireless network. Enter wireless network key in the AnyConnect window and click OK.
