We develop clear guides, checklists, and on demand training to help YN confidently and successfully perform their duties. Additionally, we provide oversight tools to ensure accurate and timely support, highlighting areas of strength and opportunities for improvement.
- Build, publish and maintain Quality Assurance tools and champion systems improvements for the field.
- Provide business case to justify necessity and support priority for requested system changes.
- Maintain effective partnerships with CG-1, C5ISC, PSC and others to translate user concerns into actionable work
- Continually update, maintain, and modernize the Personnel and Pay Procedures Manual (3PM), the procedural manual for all human resource processes.
- Create and maintain Travel step-by-by step user guide and video tutorials for all PPC customers.
- Create and maintain Direct Access step-by-step user guides and video tutorials for all PPC customers.
- Continually stive to provide relevant training opportunities via live webinar offerings, On-Demand sessions, and other training platforms to PPC customers.
