The Family Resource Specialist (FRS) is the primary point of contact for the Special Needs Program. The FRS provides special needs resources and referrals for local, state and federal agencies. The FRS is also the point of contact for adoption reimbursement, eldercare resources, CG Foundation scholarship information and an alternate point of contact for child care services.
