Federal Occupational Health (FOH) Employee Assistance Program
We all experience personal problems, but many people don't know where to go for help to solve them. CG SUPRT was established to give US Coast Guard members, employees, and their families the necessary resources to cope with life's difficulties.
You are the most important asset to our organization. For that reason, we want to help you solve your problems both on and off the job so that you are happier, more focused and consequently more productive.
CG SUPRT counselors are prepared to help with a multitude of problems. Whether you visit us because of stress related to new job assignments or PCS moves, for emotional, relationship, family, alcohol, financial or job concerns, we are here to help.
All CG SUPRT services are free. A CG SUPRT counselor will assess your needs and determine the best approach suited for you. A short-term problem solving plan may be enough. If you need additional services, we will help you find affordable care through resources outside the EAP, such as a Military Treatment Facility or a civilian provider.
CG SUPRT services are confidential within the limits of the law and military regulations including the Uniform Code of Military Justice. In most cases, information will only be released with your written permission. Your counselor will review confidentiality issues with you during your first visit.
The CG SUPRT is ready to help. All you have to do is call. Remember, it's free and confidential.
Help available all day, all week, all year.
