ATTENTION: NOTIFICATION OF DIRECT ACCESS ROLE REMOVAL

If you receive a request regarding a recent notification that your Direct Access roles have been removed, please note that Synergy ran limited access scripts that triggered the Recertification engine to remove roles for some Direct Access users. The contractors are working diligently to rectify the issue prior to the end of the limited availability

ADVANCE PREPARATIONS FOR UPCOMING LIMITED AVAILABILITY TO DIRECT ACCESS

This ALCOAST announces necessary preparations in advance of the scheduled period of limited availability to Direct Access. This is required to ensure members' pay and benefits are updated to reflect the 2024 pay rates and other regulatory changes, which include COLA, BAH, and tax rates.
