A long range interceptor II cutter boat transfers personnel to Coast Guard Cutter James Sept. 25, 2017. The ship is serving as a command and control platform in San Juan, Puerto Rico; its crew deployed to aid in response operations, and its communications capabilities are being used to help first responders coordinate efforts.
