WebNow Upgraded to "Perceptive Experience" - New Link

Effective September 17, 2021, WebNow will be upgraded to "Perceptive Experience". This upgrade only impacts the “view only” or web version – which is currently called WebNow, but is being upgraded to “Perceptive Experience”. New user access requests do not need to be completed. Users who previously logged into the WebNow link will now log into the Perceptive Experience URL using their old WebNow user ID and PW. This upgrade does not impact Perceptive Content, which is used for uploading documents. The SPO Access to the Electronically Im​aged PDR (EI‑PDR) user guide has been updated to reflect the upgrade. The URL for Perceptive Experience is https://imgprd01.direct-access.uscg.mil/experience. They system cannot be accessed outside of the Coast Guard network using the URL. The URL is not needed when accessing Perceptive Experience via Direct-Access.

Financial System Modernization Solution (FSMS) Assist Support Team

This ALCOAST provides details about the launch and use of the FSMS ASSIST SUPPORT TEAM (FAST). FAST will utilize a tiered support system to efficiently answer questions regarding Cutover Financial System (CFS) and troubleshoot problems. Throughout the cutover period (01 October-17 November), obligations will be executed offline and entered in the CFS

Temporary BAH Increase - ALCOAST 355/21

ALCOAST 355/21 announces the establishment of Temporary BAH rates for 56 United States Military Housing Areas (MHAs), promulgates Coast Guard policy, and provides implementation process guidance for eligible Coast Guard active duty personnel. Members stationed at duty stations within the respective MHAs who have experienced abnormal housing cost increases may be eligible to apply for these temporary rates effective from 01 October 2021 to 31 December 2021. No other MHA is eligible for an increase at this time.

Do you get your prescription drugs through TRICARE Pharmacy Home Delivery or at a TRICARE retail network pharmacy? If so, you'll pay anywhere from $1 to $8 more in copayments starting Jan. 1. These costs changes won't affect all beneficiaries.

E-Gov Travel System (ETS) Travel Assist Team

ALCOAST 347/21: E-Gov Travel System (ETS) Travel Assist Team: The establishment and deployment of a Travel Assist Team (TAT) has been undertaken as part of the implementation of the ETS roll-out. This team will play a critical role during the implementation phase of ETS, easing the burdens during this transition for members and units. Our TAT members are assigned to designated geographic areas supporting the PPC Customer Call Center with inquiries from travelers and approvers using ETS.

Leave Balance Guidance for end of Fiscal Year 2021 (30 Sep 2021)

​ALCGPSC 090/21, Leave Balance Guidance for end of Fiscal Year 2021, directs ​commands and supervisors to approve or disapprove all pending Direct Access (DA) absence requests by COB 19SEP21. Requests submitted after this date must be approved or denied immediately. Military members should check their DA account to ensure all pending requests have been cleared prior to the deadline. All pending absence requests (leave), scheduled to be completed before the end of the fiscal year, will be auto-approved on 20SEP21. This includes non-chargeable leave that is in a pending status.
