    Note: NAF employees interested in attending leadership courses or programs should email completed packages no later than one week prior the due date to Ms. Donna Rigney, Donna.Rigney@cgexchange.org. Ms. Rigney will review and forward all qualified packages that will benefit the unit/command they are affiliated with to COMDT CG-128 to compete within the panel selection process. Non qualified packages will be returned by Ms. Rigney.

To access the site click on "SkillPort" then "Catalog"; for the leadership series based on the 28 Coast Guard Leadership Competencies click on "ULDP". To learn more about SkillPort and how to navigate the website, use the Skillsoft Online KnowledgeBase for Skillport 8.0. It includes overviews, instructions, and tutorials for this version of Skillport.

    Also available on SkillPort, Books 24x7, one of the largest online book resources offering unobstructed access to the complete unabridged contents of thousands of the latest and best business and technology books. To access click on "Training & Education" then "SkillPort" then "Books 24x7".
    All applicants MUST use Coast Guard application procedures unless noted otherwise.  Applicants that are not selected through the Coast Guard procedures will not be funded through CG-128.  Courses are budget dependent each fiscal year.
