The May 2025 SWE eligibility list for distribution will be available shortly on the EPM-1 and PPC’s ADV SharePoint pages, and profile letters will be available in Direct Access. SWE competitions for advancements to pay grades E-5 through E-8 were held in May 2025 for all ratings except BM2, CS2, DC2, EM2, ET2, GM2, IS2, IT2, and the Musician (MU) and Public Affair (PA) ratings.
