D. The Joint Travel Regulations (JTR)
1. As directed in REFs (A), (B) and (C), this ALCOAST announces a
change to REF (D).
2. REFs (A) and (B) removed authority for all travel for Non‐Covered
Reproductive Health Care from REF (D) to include all associated
definitions and acronyms. REF (B) was subsequently updated by
REF (C).
3. REF (C) changed Par. 033013 and Appendix A of REF (D),
reestablishing the authority to travel for Non‐Covered ART. This
authority is effective immediately.
4. This change will be published in the next revision to REF (D).
