Welcome to the Military Accounts Support (MAS) Branch page!

We hope you find the new format easier to navigate and the information better assembled for all your research needs. On this MAS OVERVIEW tab, you will find basic information about MAS and each topic tab the instruction required to assist you.

Servicing Personnel Office (SPO) Auditors Support for Military HR/Pay Issues

Customers are directed to contact their P&A Office for any errors or questions on pay and/or personnel issues. If the P&A Office is unable to resolve it, the P&A Office is to contact the servicing SPO. If the servicing SPO is unable to resolve the issues, the SPO will contact PPC. Some Trouble Tickets require specific information or formatting in order to be accepted and provide timely service. Be sure to include all the required information in the "Description of Problem/Request" section of the PPC Trouble Ticket email. Instructions and guidance can be found on the Customer Care Branch (CCB) FAQ page here: PPC Customer Care (uscg.mil)

NOTE: If unable to resolve the issues, the P&A Supervisor or SPO Payment Approving Official shall submit a ticket per the Personnel & Pay Procedures Manual Ch. 2, Sec. D. Customers should NOT be contacting PPC directly for any pay or personnel issues. We will continue to reroute inquiries directly from customers back to the servicing SPO and contact the SPO Chief to inform them that the ticket was rerouted.

MEMBERS SHOULD NOT SET UP AUTOMATED PAYMENTS OR ASSUME FUNDS WILL BE AVAILABLE PRIOR TO PUBLISHED PAYDAYS. MEMBERS SHOULD VERIFY WITH THEIR FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS AS TO THE ACTUAL TIME FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE TO THEIR ACCOUNT.

Payroll dates are released each year in September by MAS for the following calendar year. Publications and updates can be found via E-MAIL ALSPO
